Recruitment
Two directions: people apply to you, or you invite them. Both live in Guild → Manage → Recruitment.
That panel holds two tables behind a switch — Applications and Invitations, each with a live count. Both stay loaded when you flip between them, so a search or a half-finished accept survives the switch. You need edit rights on members to see this panel at all.
Applications — they came to you
Anyone can apply to a public guild from Discover or from your guild's public page. Their application arrives with an optional message and the characters they offered to bring.
-
Open Applications. Click a row to read the full message and see the characters attached.
-
Press Accept. This does not accept yet — it opens an inline role picker headed Select roles to assign to this user.
-
Tick at least one role. The confirming Accept stays disabled until you do.
-
Confirm. In one step TRAX assigns the roles, adds every character the applicant selected to your guild, and clears the application.
Decline asks for confirmation and cannot be undone. Either way the applicant gets a Discord DM with the decision if their account is linked.
Applications only work if your guild is public. If nobody is applying, check Public Guild in Overview → Edit — a private guild is unlisted and has no apply button.
Invitations — you went to them
Start from Create Invitation, on either the Members tab or the Invitations table.
-
Type an email address or a Discord user ID into the box and press Enter or Space to turn it into a chip. TRAX works out which kind it is. Add as many as you like.
-
Tick the roles the invitees will receive. At least one is required.
-
Send Invitations.
Invitees see the invitation on their Home feed under Needs you, and — if the Discord ID resolves to a linked account — as a Discord DM with Accept / Decline buttons they can press without opening TRAX. Once it reaches a final state the DM is rewritten in place with the outcome (accepted, declined or revoked) and the buttons are stripped, so nobody can double-answer a stale message.
The Invitations table lets you Resend an invitation or Delete it.
